Newfold Digital: To be honest, upon applying I address to HR that I have higher salary but what they did they cut off the salary I want and instead offer the mandatory benefits like the allowances offer on the company and it disappointment and now they offer a mere increase and terrible compensation/incentves

Dynatrace: This company is still a startup. In processes, in mentality, in the market approach. There is no business approach to the customer, we only have techie messages, and CIOs are bored of hearing about those messages. When are we going to have a strong business message?

SWCA: I work fully remote, and I feel more a part of SWCA than any other company I have ever worked for, even when I have worked full - time in an office.
Regus: You're direct coworkers are truly amazing people that understand what the job takes, and understand that it is basically us against upper management. We are all hard workers and look after each other, even though we are undervalued on a daily basis.

Razer: Raxor Anzu headphones have a arm defect; they are avoiding replacement. It was a gift from a coworker from Christmas. I only had the product for a week. I am getting the runaround from the escalation teams. Extremely disappointed on how they do business and treat their customers.

Also have 1 manager in charge of whole us and like 10 other departments, so he's stretched very, very thin. I spend more time now fixing issues and giving customers bad news then able to focus on teaching anything now
nCino: More compensation is desired and having executives that stick with what works best for our talent would definitely improve morale (one example is wfh policy changes). Working within the Salesforce platform can be challenging but these are just technical hurdles which can be overcome.
Newfold Digital: Newfold is great but the lack of growth on the US side prevents me from recommending people to join Newfold.
nCino: I have spent years fighting red tape and disconnected managers to try to affect positive change at our company. I have regularly outworked my peers and helped get major initiatives done only to get merit raises because I haven't worked long enough. I'm held back and underpaid and considering leaving
Newfold Digital: the company business needs where very challenging on my part but i somehow managed it through the help of leads and fellow agents. i find your company to be a great place to work with.
Premier: Premier is not the company it used to be. Culture and engagement have suffered considberlt since Susan DeVore retired and Mike Alkire became CEO.
PSI Services: I don't value "the brand." I value the people with whom I have interacted.
Dynatrace: It's tough because I don't feel like words can truly describe how great it is to work here. From the opportunities, the roles, to the people and compensation, there are so many reasons why I love working at Dynatrace!

Newfold Digital: I have never felt so valued in a company until I became a part of Newfold Digital. The team that I am a part of is also amazing. The only one thing I would just like to be improved (if possible) is the pay. Please have at least the annual increase (even performance based).

nCino: first couple of years were great. last 6 months have been absolutely abysmal. moral is plummeting. High profile persons were leaving in droves for the past year. Feels like the company is sinking and the whole time leadership is just standing there like "youre alligators haha we're crushing it!".

nCino: I've been with this company for over 9 years. It has provided me learning opportunities & growth. It has provided me a way to care and support for my family. It has provided me with unlimited challenges to keep me engaged daily. It has provided me with an extended "family" outside the home.
nCino: The people I work with are great. They are some of the most talented individuals I've ever worked with. Recent actions by leadership definitely make me question everything else about the company, though. Numerous studies show that layoffs don't work. Were they not aware of this or did they not care?
