As a fulltime employee I qualify for affordable housing as I do not make the states determined living wage. I believe SWCA does not do enough to adjust compensation for the markets in which people need to live, especially those who do not have the benefit of working remote because of job obligations
We have grown our small CR team from nothing to a competitor in our region. Being a significant part of that has been amazing and one of my favorite things to witness and be a part of career wise. I look forward to working with my team daily and believe there is no problem we cant solve.
