Pet Honesty: Co keeps going thru severe changes. Strategy is not very visionary, & right to win has now eroded. Ppl care more about their careers than a mission or even pet health. There is limited opportunity for career advancement so ppl are stuck in the same role. LT operates like they're at a much larger co.
