In my case, within 3 months, there were 4 times trash remained in the trash can in front of my house for 2 weeks. Called customer service to complain but received false promises. I just canceled the service.
FabFitFun: When the product is not as pictured, there should be a way to return it for a credit. I ordered a scarf which was a lot darker than the photo. I will never wear it and it's not returnable.

HM Electronics: There is little to no communication between departments and you are not provided with the tools to do your job well. I love what I do and they made it a miserable, impossible experience. Co-workers were wonderful and leadership is some of the worst I've experienced.
The Finish Line: I have been dealing with Finish line and multiple customer service reps for the last week and a half over what was 100% finish line's mistake. The customer service was absolutely awful and I spent about 5 hours on the phone. I will never utilize finish line again.
