Alkami Technology: I've never been so busy but the hiring decisions for building my team were spot on. The onboarding training didn't answer a lot of basic questions like what do we do and HOW do we do it, but I have a lot of resources and opportunities to answer my own questions.

Cutco: It was nice and I liked selling and getting appts with people although it could be stressful, and running out of clients and having to find new ones is stressful.
