Smarsh: I love being at Smarsh, its just very difficult right now. I hope that the company learns from its missteps and continues to grow in the correct direction.

Smarsh: It's been up and down depending on the quality of my manager/director. There have been lengths of time where it was incredibly difficult to come to work due to poor management. Currently, there is a better quality of management on my team which has made life better.

Smarsh: From the first moment I spoke with a recruiter, my expectations were met and then exceeded. There are occasional oversights in procedure or products which cause challenges and knowledge gaps, but there is usually someone we can track down to help.

Matterport: Navigating Uncertainty is the biggest obstacle to handle and juggle here. I feel (sales) is often moving one step forward, than having to move 2 steps back based off of things outside of our control. I truly enjoy working at Matterport, but we need to move on from a "Startup" mindset.

Axcient: Axicent has been a huge opportunity for me. There is always room for improvement as the employees at large is not always aware of critical changes. It would be nice to implement company wide procedures to help has go from a small business to large business.
