Kumon North America: Mediocre. The work environment was terrible and we were not allowed to go out of our way to actually help the students. We had to stick to the Kumon curriculum which does not go well with the work the students do in public school. The work they get here is too basic and simple and not challenging.

Once our investors took over the beaurocracy, micro managing and nepotism kicked in. Now they are purging the org of the original employees.
UPC Insurance: I have been here a year and a half, and could not be happier. Every workplace has drawbacks, but I haven't found many yet at UPC. There are the free lunches 3x a week, and then occasionally snacks or additional free food will pop up. We celebrate birthdays every month, and everyone is so nice.

Aerotech: I cannot say enough good things about my department and the people who work in it. That being said, the culture the executives cultivate is disgusting. It is on of theft and greed. The people at the top who do not contribute to the work and they still make obscene amounts of money.
Turbonomic: It has allowed me to reach a point where I am financially and emotionally stable. Coming out of college I was worried about job opportunities, but after looking into the company I was willing to give it a shot, and I did. I am glad that I did, as it has helped me greatly.
