Happy Cog: Lately everyone seems overworked, and exhausted. Standup meeetings are super quiet. Partners and managers blame covid. Super weird that nothing has been said about Ukraine or overall mental health or whatever. Company motto is people first, but I don't see it in practice. Other depts may do better.

Being smaller and high-growth, SL benefits from making quick decisions and not getting bogged down in bureaucracy which eliminates a lot of frustration typically felt at a large company.

Firestone Complete Auto Care: The stores need to improve their customer service. They also need to improve their attention to detail. They will Claim to have provided a service but when I check it it was not done. I have been a customer for 30 years, I am now looking for a new car care center to replace fire stone.
Omaze: Omaze is the real deal. The CEO has real vision and the CFO, her team, the head of Operations and tge General Counsel along with the International Team are the rest of the crew are the ones to pull it off. They are making the right hires. Its hard work but worth it.

They never assessed the problem correctly and now they are telling me thst this job is something they cant do and askedme where i want it towed to!!

Penrod: One of the best places I've worked. In my experience, there is a strong emphasis on work/life integration, professional opportunities, advancement, and service quality. Additionally, Penrod is a great gateway into the thriving Salesforce ecosystem.
Ubiquiti Networks: Better documentation would be nice, and less things that require you to jump into command line would be great too(well that, or better documentation and support on that)
Jack's Family Restaurants: I have had a really good experience up until the fish promo started. I am deathly allergic to fish, seafood, and shellfish. I have yet to hear from anyone. Not to mention it has made me feel some type of way.

TeamSnap: It's amazing. I have the autonomy to do my job and I'm given support and respect. It's truly a unique culture. We work hard and play hard and it's great to be fully-remote, makes life so much easier. The company has grown a lot since last year and I'm excited to see where we land by year end!

Ribbon: Ribbon is a fantastic company with a great culture. The employees are very driven to keep the culture at the top notch level it is at. Ribbon is a great place to come and show your skills.

However, the company is tightly controlled (micromanaged) by the CEO, meaning that all organizational and product decisions are filtered through his personal perceptions and blind spots. Very apparent gaps in managerial ability and knowledge.

SSA & Company: Good people are let go without notice beforehand so they can have the chance to find a job because the company only cares about numbers. They will make it hard for you to get unemployment.
