MBM: Since MBM moved headquarters from Appleton, WI the customer service is terrible. Can't get a call back or answer from anyone. I never shopped around always had great experience until now. Will not be doing business with them in the future. Customer service needs to be terrific, not even close.

Reputation: My coworkers are generally good people but the company doesn't care much about anything more than reaching 100M+ in sales. Their product is below average (Qualtrics, Podium, way better) and they have a TON of defection internally. It's hard to keep people when such a high % of customers are angry.

Dilute the loot pool more instead of fixing the numerous issues that have been in the game since season 0, stale meta with no buffs or nerfs when the same 6 characters have dominated for years. What do you even do devs?
Aspiration: Add chat with customer care an in app option, offer 24 hour customer care*, change the requirement to call customer care in order to update account details such as email address on file. *even if just a skeleton crew for emergencies via chat.

DealerOn: It has been a nightmare working at DealerOn! Management constantly lies and always seeks opportunities to not pay employees fairly or cut benefits. Employees are treated with no respect and come second to profit. Turnover is through the roof. No one wants to work here, even new hires leave asap.

Tutor.com: Easy scheduling. Minimum hours given. If you want more you have to hop on at the busy time and hope you get student or no pay. But easy company to work for. The staff is nice and so are the students. Most work is done through messages, so you don't have to worry about the way you look.
CoNetrix: From the top down, people are put first - employees and customers. Instead of chasing the dollar, leadership desires to make an impact in the community, and building a team of hard-working, intentional, team-spirited individuals. The underlying respect and integrity is hard to beat.
Handy HQ: They steal from clients and pros. There's no recourse if they charge you a "fee". Without warning you'll go work a job and not get paid for it because they will take your entire pay to cover fraudulent fees. You can't dispute.

Coveo: The Coveo solution fits small business, and misses the important features for medium and large enterprises. There is almost no information on the internet for the product. The only way is to pay for their services, but the skill of their support is not ideal.

Firestone Complete Auto Care: Disappointed and angry. Took the car in to replace the strut. Overcharged for strut and labor. Car not drivable even though they said it was safe to drive. Took it to another garage and learned I was overcharged and before installing the strut should of had the tie rod installed.

When I first started, I found that it could be a little overwhelming producing solution without direction. Once you get though it a couple of times, you're able to build up enough confidence to limit that.

TuneCore: I'm finding extremely fewer and fewer reasons to stay with TuneCore. A company like Distrokid offers similar features, more marketing support and tools, and costs significantly less. If your response is "we distribute to more stores", then that's by far the worst tactic ever. Do better.

Volusion: Very difficult and fragmented company to deal with. If you are starting from scratch, you'd be wise to use a different provider.
