SmartProcure / GovSpend: Price, huge sticker shock with the change to the packages. We have to cut our users in half and still pay more, with a discount. No notice, so this increase is not in our budget and our service was cut off without contact instead of the normal auto renewal invoice. Now investigating alternatives.

Cognosante: I have no idea what we actually do as a company. Leadership tends to pivot every year and make decisions based on vibes alone.
Intertek: They don't care about their employees. If you question them, be careful as you will be punished for it. There is no communication from anyone and you need to keep asking various people and departments until you find your answers. Very weak and junior HR team.

Betterworks: This is my first remote first onboarding/full time role. I'm impressed with the welcoming vibes from day one! I enjoy the camaraderie on the team, while also getting stuff done. The people here are all very smart and very willing to share their expertise and knowledge.

HyBridge Solutions | An Argano Company: HyBridge is a very reputable consulting firm and I have had the opportunity to become Infor certified and learn the career path of an HCM Consultant. People who can learn quickly, manage stress, and have confidence with clients will do well at HyBridge.
Betterworks: Things have been pretty positive, at times the pace has been frenetic, and with so many new people the organization side has been lacking. I'd like more direct feedback and direction from my manager but overall things are good.

reddit: The best thing Reddit could do as a company would be to take its employees and moderators out to the bay and drown them, It's a cess pool of group think that bans people and or deletes posts and opinions it does not agree with.

Betterworks: In my 6 years at Betterworks, I got married, bought a house, and raised 2 (soon to be 3!) kids. Thankfully, I was able to balance all of this with a very rewarding job and incredibly supportive employees, managers, and executive leadership. Betterworks has done nothing but build me up.
Betterworks: The positive we see in the company is in how the core team carry's themselves and present opportunities. The culture is supportive and the employees are aligned with the goal. It would help if this translates in the daily processes. Each step of approvals should not be taking months together.

Betterworks: Incredible. I, like many, frequently have recruiters messaging me, often with comp packages larger than my own. But, what none have, is a team that I know I enjoy being around, and leaders that care about my success. I slight bump in pay is not worth the risk.
Betterworks: I was reluctant to leave my previous position, but am so happy with my decision to join Betterworks. I am newer here, but I can say that I enjoy the work I do on a daily basis and the direction the company is headed. It's an exciting time to work with such a talented and collaborative team.
