We are more than a team; we are a family. We are accepting of each other's quirks and have each other's backs no matter what.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of work that I am assigned and completing is above my hired position. While the compensation at RL Datix is better than my previous job, it is disheartening to a degree to not have your pay/role align with the work you are facilitating.
