I like that they are super approachable and seem to care about all their employees regardless of what level they are.

Our CEO is an incredible leader for the organization and leads by example in everything he does. Instead of talking about transparency, he is transparent. Instead of talking about our values, he embodies them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy how smart and motivated my team members are. We work very collaboratively and are always trying to make each other better. I really like that Salsify is a collaborative culture vs a competitive one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we've scaled there is more and more asked of my team and others at Salsify. I think our compensation and benefits is a bit behind the industry. As we have pivoted to a COVID world I think our perks and benefits need to pivot as well to reflect the "new normal".
