People work hard. They want to do the best work they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, and they're just smart people. Also, they're honest. There doesn't seem to be a hidden agenda.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my customers succeed in their individual roles, and also seeing my colleagues succeed (recognition, big renewals/upsells)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation. It's super flexible, I can have time off when needed. Also, paid 10 week paid paternity leave.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care. They want to improve how our customers work, and how we work internally. Creativity, dedication, and perseverance are three words I would use to describe my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and honesty. They seem to care about what they are doing, and the work we are doing, beyond just the company. It's about impacting our customers, their businesses and their individual employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a review, salary review or compensation adjustment in 23 months. I don't even know what the next step would look like or if there is a next step, other than moving outside my department. Knowing that there is a next step, and what it takes to get there would make me feel better.
