Salsify has been the best experience a co-op student can have. I mean this truly. There is no better place to learn new skills both technical and professional. This company is going to succeed because of how its treats its own people. I've only been met with support and respect by everyone.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'm so happy to work here. There are friends I know that are absolutely miserable at their jobs and that is astonishing. I spent a good chunk of my life at work and while there are some days I'm banging my head on my desk, I'm usually laughing, collaborating, or getting great work done.

I'm a co-op so the pay is great and we also have great company activities and open vacation.

Friendly people all around. Senior engineers and junior developers all can talk to each other and get work done.

Everyone is supportive of each others work. There has never been a situation in which I feel lesser than others, even if I have much less experience.

The talk to people in every department and share what they are doing on a day to day. Its just another person you work with, theres no higher power complex.
