Lack of definition/structure around career path advancement. Lack of action on making this a priority. Unfortunately seem to be "stalling conversations" to appease while no real progress/advancement is made.
What makes you most happy at work?
It was formerly the potential to advance quickly through your career path - however that is no longer the case. What makes me most happy at work now is closing projects on time.
