We generally seem to employ friendly hard working people and the push for recruitment works well to keep the company 'fresh'.
Firstly i feel i should be paid fairly and in line with other such employees on my same level. Often feel a lack of respect from senior leadership with simple things like communication.
Having a full day where i feel i have been able to be productive and i have made progress rather than just being consumed by calls and firefighting or feeling like i am behind.
I take great pride in my team both, i feel we have been able to nurture a good working environment where people enjoy their time. Also have great working relationships with many people from around the business, most people generally seem very happy to help.
