Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. I feel that I've stepped up over the last year and have no indication this will be reflected in salary, as no one seems to be talking to me about my career at sensyne. Though I'd prefer a 4 day week over more money,

A complete lack of cynicism. Everyone wants to do a good job and feel they are an important part of getting a good job done. There's a lot of energy and enthusiasm for improvement. Everyone's been kind and supportive during some very high stress times.
