Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Our two divisions – Life Sciences and Healthcare - work jointly towards connecting patients, clinicians and researchers to help healthcare professionals deliver better patient care, while curating vital data to support the next generation of medical research.
In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. Overall, in the past 12 months company has gone through inside-out development and changes. Maturing and improving so much, which is absolutely amazing for in fact a very young company that in the core has brilliant vision and mission.

My team is open-minded, knowledgeable and very much collaborative. I think we see each other as equal contributors to success which bring great satisfaction at the end of each working day.

I do not think that I am undervalued in a sense when I communicate with my team members or managers/leadership, but it would be good to see other signs of recognising my commitment, contributions and work, through promotions and salary increase. Like many others, we see regularly recognised.
