Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. I feel undervalued at times especially when reviewing my salary in comparison to what others in my team who have a comparable skill set and / or level receive. A fairer salary reflective of the value I put into the organisation would make me feel better about my compensation.
