Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Very exciting - blue sky thinking encouraged by Paul Drayson's vision, the feeling that we are creating something that impacts real people's lives, but also might be hugely commercially successful

Salary - I feel the company showed their confidence in me when I joined by offering a good salary that I was happy with and didn't have to haggle over. Share options are great as the company has floated so they actually have real future value. Boxes of stuff are silly and not environmentally sound.
