Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Since I joined the company (14 months) I have not been reviewed. At the same time I have been given more and more responsibilities and the projects worked on are always high paced with tight deadlines. I would feel better knowing if there is a review policy in place and when will it take place.
