Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Our two divisions – Life Sciences and Healthcare - work jointly towards connecting patients, clinicians and researchers to help healthcare professionals deliver better patient care, while curating vital data to support the next generation of medical research.
In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. The company has great potential and a great mission however i do not feel that it truely values its employees. Employees need to understand their individual value, which often can be achieved simply by defining a role and then entrusting them to do it. At the moment this is not happening well

Clearer organisational and operational structure which allows people to take full ownership of their roles. At times it feels like there is a bit of a club culture where individuals seem to select a team, often made up of people they like who should instead be doing different roles.
