Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Our two divisions – Life Sciences and Healthcare - work jointly towards connecting patients, clinicians and researchers to help healthcare professionals deliver better patient care, while curating vital data to support the next generation of medical research.
In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. I really enjoy working here. The team and mission of the company are my favourite things. I like how generous Sensyne is with equipment (Macs) and salary. It would be nice to get: more transparency over promotions, yearly salary increases, mentoring, clear objectives, regular feedback, training days

I feel that some of the best things are the collaboration and team work with others. In addition, colleagues are very friendly, uplifting and smart. Most colleagues are very motivating and ambitious.

For me, the most positive thing is feeling that I am making a difference through my work. This is fostered as a company, particularly during All-hand meetings. In addition, the: fast-pace, challenge, team work, friendliness, collaboration and supportive environment.

The best parts are flexible working, private health insurance and shares. However, I still haven't received my shares and I have been with the company for several months. It would be nice to have more information and transparency about when the benefits will actually be given to employees.

They are committed to making the company succeed and appear friendly in meetings. I would like to see them more invested in the Life Sciences division, they seem too focused on Products. Having more updates and all-hands sessions would help understand their motivations behind decisions and ask qns.

Collaborating with others and delivering my work to a high standard. Feeling like I am having a positive impact in society. On the flip-side, I am the least happy when management are not friendly and are too demanding. Particularly when requests feel like demands and people come off as rude.
