
Nothing in particular stands out to me, I have no issues with it though
Everyone is very helpful. I can expect my colleagues to put time aside to support me when I need it
Outside of my manager I don't really know them outside of company wide calls. I don't have much of an opinion on them.
Before excalibur we had a good amount of social and personal development time within our sprints to allow time to get to know our colleagues and learn new skills
The project I'm on has been running full on for months. People have left and new people joining on aren't getting the support I got when I joined. It's always feeling rushed and we've been skipping on retrospectives so the feedback loop to improve our processes doesn't exist
