Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Our two divisions – Life Sciences and Healthcare - work jointly towards connecting patients, clinicians and researchers to help healthcare professionals deliver better patient care, while curating vital data to support the next generation of medical research.
In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. Sensyne is a great company with some exceptionally talented people. It's a little more bureaucratic than it used to be and the communication is sometimes lacking. It doesn't feel as receptive to solutions being offered from the teams to address some of the challenges the company face.

Share options are very motivational in a company of Sensyne's stage of development as I feel I can have a direct impact on the trajectory of the value. The car scheme is very good as well.

The level of communication from the SMT used to be great and you felt very connected to what was going on and where things sat in terms of priority. The consistency of communication isn't where it once was and that has a demotivational effect on the teams.
