
I want our compensation to match market value.
They truly care about the success of the organization.
SPS needs to stop hiring just anyone and actually hire based on experience/merit.
I have raised many issues internally and they are rarely acted on. I'm continuously told to "elevate" but it's frustrating when I do elevate and nothing happens so I feel like my input isn't appreciated. I want my salary to match market value and it does not at SPS.
