getting signed contracts and hitting accelerators
When your a $5 billion dollar company, don't penny pinch. Match 401k up to 6%. Pay people for tenure and experience. When you have breakfast for the company, don't just do granola and fruit. Have the CEO actually show up to company event. President's club should be all inclusive.
Because I have been working here for almost a decade and reps who have been here for not even 3 years make the exact same as I do. Since I am paid the same as someone who just got promoted into the roll, it really doesn't make you feel like your experience is valued by the organization.
The CEO could take the time to attend big company events. He didn't show up at the President's Club trip, our 3 days sales meeting or at our company meeting last week. Don't pay sales rep who are 3 years into the job the same as people who have been doing it for 9 years.
