
I like how my manager has the same thoughts and opinions as me on some subjects.
Looking at similar roles on indeed or linked in it seems people are getting compensated more for the same title as me. I dont even make a full day of vacation a month, I work while being sick because I dont have vacation time and cant accrue it fast enough.
I understand that the executives want people in the office but I think we should have a choice on weather or not we go in. The reasoning they gave was a terrible reasoning and we have proofed we can work from home and succeed. To me this feels like a power trip.
People need to be trained in better on what every team handles. Everyone seems to think billing support handles everything and when we need to reach out we get no response unless we get a manager involved. The account executives are the worst at response time and invoicing team is bad as well.
