I have grown so much at SPS and have learned what I look for in a company culture.
Great leadership, excellent support from my peers.
Strong, friendly communication at all times
We all help each other learn and grow.
great team that is very supportive
Support in forward career development
Learning new skills every week.
Completing challenging tasks and learning new things every week.
Trusted to do the work on my own schedule/location. This trust will keep me at SPS for years to come.
Comparing my pay to other people outside of SPS in similar roles, I get paid about 20k less and I don't understand why. I know many people who have left SPS because of this reason and have come back to get higher pay. That shouldn't be the way it works, SPS should try to retain its employees.
Being with SPS for almost 6 years and developing the skills I have now are invaluable. I do feel valued as an employee, but the industry standard for my role pays a lot more than I make at SPS. Many people leave SPS and come back only because they will be paid more than when they left.
