higher base salary compared to others in our space. Benefits are not completive nor comprehensive.. especially maternity leave. Providing more of a SPS contribution towards our high deductible plans would help and having plans be more comprehensive
managers and directors micro instead of macro-manage- toxic. Large gap in innovation and resistance to feedback given by the team to managers and directors to help us improve. There is very little trust between Managers/director to my peers (global voices). People in my team are heard but dismissed
For maternity leave to be more than 2 weeks. Mental health should be but is not a priority in the company as 2 weeks is crazy to think its enough after birthing a new born, recovering from birth, adjusting to lack of sleep and being a parent. a 3-5 month paid time off would align with competitors
