We call ourselves the market leaders but are one of the worst payers in the market. With rising costs and much better offers out there, I fear SPS will lose out on quality talent.
WFH was good as it allowed us to have a work-life balance. Now we are forced to go in and warm seats, with no real value being added to the quality of work. It feels like putting in more for less.
