
It's a good company but we don't have enough managers so now I feel like career development is lacking and I'm not growing as much as I need to. If we don't see Salary increases at the new year, I might be forced to find a new job.

Selling things so I can get paid more as the salary SPS pays is sub par
The sales org is full of young people due to SPS lack of paying well. People start at SPS, do well, and then leave fir a better paying job.
If you look at the sales team everyone is so young. This is due to the fact people start and do well but then other companies pay way better than SPS so people leave.
