The first 3 years of my work experience was good, stable during the pandemic. Over the last year, I have felt taken advantage of for being one of the younger members of my team, and have serious doubts on if this is somewhere I could grow a career due to the issues I have faced
I have been passed up on new internal opportunities numerous times without any feedback on how to improve. I know I am the lowest paid member of my team by a significant margin despite being one of the most tenured and highest performing members.
I am paid less than everyone else on my team, and was recently top performer on my team as well as constantly being told I'm a "team leader". I raised this issue with management months ago, and have gotten no real responses back on when I can expect a resolution.
I am underpaid compared to the rest of my team, and there is no change in sight. In addition, I have tried multiple times over the past year to apply to roles outside of my team, and was shot down with little to no feedback, even being told they prefer to hire externally rather than from my role.
