You can't earn vacation until you work for over six months, even if you are a returning team member. You are only allowed to take vacation to your averrage weekly hours, so if you work 22 hours average and you have 30 hours of vacation time you can only use 22 per week. They also will not pay you any vacation time that you have not taken once you resign, so if you are going to quit make sure you take vacation in your last two weeks

Most companies it’s one year then you get either one week or so many hours .. Target doesn’t let it’s give any of its part time employees paid vacation only managers and anyone who works constant over 32 hours a week only leads and managers get that .. BUT my target will give you time off if you just ask it’s not paid ! This is the policy for most companies out there ...

Paid vacations get longer the longer you work for Target but they are good about letting people take vacation when they want if everyone doesn't take it at the same time. The blackout period is in fourth quarter meaning no vacations during Christmas time for 6 weeks.

You have to request time off first then submit request for either personal holiday time off, vacation time off depending on average of hours worked weekly or unpaid time off.

We should get our average hours worked after the first year. If we average 20 hours, we should receive 20 hours of vacation pay after the first year.

Its awful. I cant remember the exact hours you have to work before you start accruing vacation/sick time but I know its over 1,000 hours.

Ask for time off preferably a some months ahead of time, if situations are extenuating or it’s not a holiday- you’ll get that time off

You have to make sure you stay on top of taking time off. If you don't your supervisor will ignore the request.
