Everything was great if you'd get ur drug attacks out of there

Review from Sales Dept

retirement packages / vacation days/

Decent insurance, vacation and PTO

Review from Operations Dept

2 weeks vacation, and affordable eye/dental plan.

Pet insurance is included and, life insurance is free.

All if the benefits included

Its expensive for health care,

Review from Customer Support Dept

Base salary seems to be slightly above average.

They pay quite well and offer very nice benefits

Honestly the health insurance was needed

Review from Sales Dept

The compensation is good, I'm glad I work here.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel my compensation package is on par with the work that I do. It isn't too much, and it isn't not enough.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Actually have standards and require everyone to follow it

I need my vacation pay

compensation for overtime and real raises

Review from Operations Dept

way too much work for little pay expect too much

I would like the proper taxes withheld

Review from Sales Dept

I work over 40 hrs a week, i am on call at all hours to fix all and any problems. I am to do other peoples jobs, if i cant come into work while im off at 3am my job should not be dangled in front of me. My time is adjusted and pay is gettjng lower as im not being given my 8 plus hours i work. etc

Review from Operations Dept

I'm under paid having most seniority and performance is consistent and well above all others..

Review from Customer Support Dept

Want to grow more and faster.

I have been taken advantage of and then discarded for no reason. An individual who i reported to HR about some seeious concerns/events was permitted to suspend me without pay over something he knew about from the beginning and conduct the investigation that decides my future with the company.

To be paid correctly and not get less than someone with no experience to do the same job when hired

I feel like a lot of work is expected but little reward for that work.

Higher ups dont appreciate my hard work and would love to get paid what Im worth.

Making more money because im the hardest worker in there! I clean up after each shift and make sure my shift is fully stocked clean and ready to go for the next shift and doing all that while working alone. We dont get breaks when we work 8hr days no one there to cover u the managers leave u

the fact that my schedule is constantly changing and i get nothing but disrespect and attitude from my manager and teamamtes

Pay is extremely low in comparison to other similar companies

Better pay. More sick time during pandemics. Paid time off for having children that test positive for covid.

Upper level management tends to short sell good employees and prefer to pay less for work ethic. In an industry that is struggling to retain employees, they should pay better for the individuals that are motivated and come to work to work and not to just collect a paycheck.

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits that company supplies to employees are too expensive for coverage

Review from Sales Dept

better pay and benefits are the worst i have ever seen.

Review from Operations Dept

Getting my paycheck that I worked for and being able to use vacation days when I have covid since there's no sick pay
