What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone has a great personality and knows their job

Very close team. All work together for the benefit of staff and customers.

Trying to be better but manager is a downer and a gum noise popper. No class.

We stick together and help each other without effective managment

There are only GM meetibg and staff meetings. Assistants get left out for the most part and they are the ones keeping concept running.

Coworkers need to stop using abusive language towards customers verbally attacking them or ignoring them. They need to pull their own weight and do what they're getting paid to do and not leave it for other people to do

Communication skills and to work and do their job. Make it easier for the next shift so the next shift can nmake it easier for you.! Teamwork need to be taught here because no one has any besides me

Stop making clicks and groups and try to get everyone on one team

Do not talk about others and just do your job! Do for others what you like done for yourself, help each other when needed.

Coworkers need to have better attitudes. Take initiative and do what needs to be done without always having to be told to do so. Work together as a team. Come to management if they are having problems instead of complaining about the situation and bringing other coworkers down.

Again people need to work hard at fulfilling their duties instead of trying to push it off on someone else

My coworkers are extremely lazy and dont help pay it forward for the next shift. We could work better together if our boss could follow rules and procedures.

There are some employees who work really hard but don't get the feedback they deserve. And there are employees who don't work hard at all and get away with everything.
