In my experience, and in my conversations w/others, there is a predominately punitive management style at UPS. Management attempts to make one feel accountable to results that are out of one's personal control. Feedback is typically provided via quarterly or biannual reviews. The feedback lacks in specificity and a means to improve.
They have an annual 'fake' feedback. Every employee gives 100% poor ratings to the company. But somehow the ratings come back as 100% positive every year. It's a mystery
Company does not care what employees think. Just do your job and go home every night.
Feedback is welcomed however, management switches cause for a decline in tanageable change
Only what is profitable to UPS gets heard. Nothing else gets heard
Feedback puts a Target on your back for disclipline
