How rewarding is your job at UPS?

Its rewarding in the sense that it pays my bills, that I am helping others move business forward, and that I bring business acumen to our strategy conversations. But there is no enlightenment or holy grail. No, "glad I'm in this business because ..." feeling.

Not sure it wasn't rewarding for me but I'm done it's too many questions I landed a new job and you can take me off your email list it will be appreciate it

No rewards. Your best is never good enough. If you do more than others, they will just heap more work on you.

There are instances where you feel good by going above and beyond to help someone. In Most cases it’s stressful.

I used to be proud of the company I worked for but now...not so much, it's just a job
