Package car the morale is low because they’re working on so many hours most of them don’t even have time to take a lunch can’t keep helping on the reloader preload because they don’t pay them enough I’m in feeders and work 45 to 50 hours a week
Morale is low but it reaches lower points during contract years. Due to stress brought on by company always claiming poor. We employees know better. We see the workload. We are the ones delivering to our customers. My average hours per week are between 52-60.
Chaotic and stressful bc of upper management. They take advantage of good employees, while letting bad/lazy ones get away with whatever (again bc of the Union and bad management...)! The employees are great, but upper management is always moving people around, and not staffing properly.
Recently a 70 hour work week was instituted in order to get the work done. Instead of hiring ample work for for high volume times. Employees are defeated because we know our concerns are not taking seriously
We average 53-60hrs a week. They cut routes to save money which make it heavier for those working. We don't have much time with out family because UPS doesn't give a shit.
It’s a fast paced environment. Everything is time sensitive. An 8 hour work day is crammed into a part time managements shift of 5.5 hours. This is a highly stressful environment.
it's awful. not enough hours.makes someone eligible for food stamps because the pay is below the poverty level
I work 10 hours a day but feeders is easy compared to delivery or loaders
