
Operations is broken into part time shifts on the lower end of management. This salary starts off on the low end of the pay grade. That pay does not grow as quick. No bonuses. Overtime is applicable after 40 hours. Moving up to upper management the pay is more significant. Salaried employees do not get overtime but additional bonuses and incentives are given.
Feeder CDL tractor trailer drivers make 120-160K per year as negotiated by Teamsters National Master Freight Agreements. Packed car drivers pay is also negotiated at 75K-90k per year.
It’s good if you have been there a long time(20+ years) Otherwise it take a year to get benefits and starting pay is around 10-11 an hour
Pay for new part time employees is under par for today's economy. Full time pay, after reaching "top progression," is extremely high for "uneducated" ;abor.
For my position, unloaded, and any of the back positions, the starting pay is $11.10/hour. But there are guaranteed raises due to the Union!

Union employees receive nice wages but can be more considering the profits we bring in and time away from our families.
Drivers get paid well after the 4 years it takes to get to top pay
