Don't really know. When I interviewed many years ago it was a three stage process beginning with a realtime simulation of a typical day to evaluate your skills. Next was a panel interview with three division level managers followed by a one on one interview with the region manager. My region level interview lasted three hours. I'm told now it is a phone interview lasting roughly 45 minutes.
