What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at UPS?

Plan on having another job or be young and going to school then this be some extra cash in your pocket because you will not get many hours your check will not be no more than $150 a week starting right off if you looking for a part-time job with a full-time paycheck don't be mistaken by the UPS name when they say you start from the bottom and work your way up to the top they mean it literally

Show up every day on time ready to work. And do what you are told to do and listen to coworkers when they tell you something that they have learned from being there

You’re going to work hard for your money you’re going to earn every penny you make but you can make a ton of money

Drink alot of water and have people help you when lifting heavy things.

There is no future in being a company man.
