    I go above and beyond my duties and struggle to get by, while people in similar positions in my building don't do their job and make double.

    Article 22 employees stand around and dont work as hard as part time preloaders. There is one that has misloads every day and has been 15 yr

    Working unlimited hours bc we are management and are salaried is plain out illegal. We work on average 13 hrs a day and are paid for 10

    When I started at UPS, we had the Friday after Thanksgiving off, they took that away a couple years ago, and the resulting family time.

    Being management we keep loosing to give to union workers. Yet we are required to work our butts off to make others look good

    The fact that information given by the workers is ignored. A faulty computer program is forced on us and it has no real world applications.

    I work over 13 hours daily and I'm only compensated for 10. Then the need to intimidate and berate everyone that works beneath you.

    I believe the company has taken away much of the compensation advantages it had, causing an emense lowering of standards of employment.

    The employer should evaluate the employee's strengths and use them fully. Not just see the employees as 'expendable' & interchangeable.

    UPS Package Handlers, despite being Unionized , make less than a liveable wage, especially with their hours being purposely cut short.

    Supervisor pay raises are really low and not base on the individual.health care benefits have raised in price and deductible
