What are you most excited about working at UPS?

Many things i like about the job there. 1. The older veterans that have been there a long time. They have valuable information to be a success there. 2. The driving training classes. your eyes get opened up to driving safety you never thought of 3. The sense of being part of something bigger. That you get from others. 4 Driving big trucks is one of my weaknesses . I just loved it. 5. The pay was awesome. But a loader pay is not 6. Oh the worst time of the year Christmas. What keeps me going is that first delivery I did there. When a handicapped you child was so excited to get his presents from me. He called me Santa. That made me see that it was awesome to be Secret Santa. I hated it at first but was swain by that child to think the opisite

It does have great benefits and yes the pay does increase even for part timers.Just wished it would do it at a faster pace.

I like talking with co workers when possible, but the best part of the day is leaving
