It has been challenging and I have learned a lot from everyone here
That I get to lear a lot
Less bias and object and constructive criticism
They are very collaborative and open to change.
Collaboration allows me to learn a lot from others
Unbiased treatment of team members and identifying their strengths
I like the balanced feedback I receive from my immediate superior. The leadership team does not shy away from helping us learn new things.
Leaders, although really great, could be more trained to handle conflict, be unbiased, and recognise strengths, and be less condemning of weaknesses not directly related to the immediate work at hand.
Identifying different people's capabilities and their strengths to tailor expectations, while providing them with unbiased and constructive feedback to guide them to do better. Trust with responsibilities and lesser micro management.
A fair compensation to match the level of output and quality that are expected from us. Paid overtime since we work before and beyond hours as well as on the weekends sometimes.
The office has large windows that let light in. I also love that we are not discouraged from taking our leaves when sick. The systems put in place are not as cut throat.
We all work beyond hours and on weekends. Raises are less than nominal and do not reflect the value we bring to our teams. Better raises and overtime would help work-life balance and meet daily challenges arising from low pay.
