I was promised A LOT while joining. I was promised good earnings based on my commitment and hard work and I was promised progression. I actually got a demotion, a big workload increase and less money. I've seen people doing much less than me and progressing quickly and better.

When they don't change my complan every other day, my commissions can be great.

hard working people (most of them) and willing to help each other in most cases.

Engaging with clients and selling a product I believe can be a great asset to my clients.

There can be great cooperation and support, when we are given the opportunity and the time to interact.

I like the new direction the leadership team is working on, especially after a few tough months we went through as employees.

The leadership team takes decisions which are probably the best from the outside if you only want to focus on making ZF profitable. There is no care for people, who are currently drowning under pressure, doing their best while they are pulled left and right with no clear direction.

I've been working for two people basically, in more than two years I have never received any raise although I moved from a book of 30 accounts to a book including over 120 accounts. The complan was unachievable since day 1 and everyone knew. But we had to sign it anyway and commissions have been bad
