Actually the work itself. I really like the nature of my job when I'm making progress on different day to day tasks.

I think one of the best things is the training budget. Sometimes being constantly studying (reading books and taking courses) can be expensive and this budget really helps

I'm just happy with my compensation. There are really good things that are not super fundamental but really nice to have. I'd say that the best is the package as a whole.
