Pros - remote work, unlimited PTO Cons - pretty much no benefits or perks outside of PTO and recently implemented 401K contribution. I don't use ZF's health insurance, meaning I'm saving money for the company but not getting anything in return.
envolvement in daily operations, hand on approah, guidance
goal-oriented, scaling business to bring profit
flexible work schedule, task orientation instead of micromanagement
new tasks, flexibility, learning something new
remote work, good immediate colleagues
The fact that we are task-oriented, no micro management
remote work, unlimited flexible PTO
knowledgeable, always ready to help or to take on a time-sensitive project
we often collaborate, different experiences create mmore opportunities for improvement and advancement
Most of my team are professionals who are always eager to help
I feel that our leadership team often employs a "hands on" approach resulting in meaningful decisions.
I think I'm paid fairly according to the market standards overall. However, the benefits lack the industry standards.
positive feedback, for example, this morning the client emailed me a reply to their RFI saying "you are the best!!!"
I'm happy with the "unlimited PTO" policy. I understand it I snot truly "unlimited" but ultimately it does make it easy to schedule PTO times. I'm also happy that the company finally implemented a 401K match, however, at this time it is more like a standard in the industry rather than a perk.
