Again, I appreciate the work-life balance, I love my team, and my job is generally fun and is (finally) aligned with what I've been wanting to do in my position. I'm just underpaid is all.
I'm doing what I'm passionate about with people that I like, can't complain
I don't know about the company as a whole per se but I do love my team.
Nothing besides my salary is necessarily "wrong", but is anyone ever jumping for joy at the thought of working xD
I like being able to WFH, have unlimited PTO, etc, so I feel like you guys value work-life balance which I sincerely appreciate.
I just think the market value for people in leadership roles (i.e. with my same job title/experience) is a bit higher than what I'm paid now
The team is a huge part of why I continue to stick around; a lot of companies love to use the term "family", but our team genuinely embodies that.
Given how long I've been here/all the leadership roles I've held I feel like I was snubbed a bit with my last annual raise. Looking around online, others with the same title make like ~100K+ and I haven't even hit 80.
PSI is a family and we've worked really hard since Day 1 to foster that kind of culture. We all care about what we do and care about each other which is so nice to see as someone who has been here since the beginning!
