
I've been here a while and have grown tremendously in my time. I've had the opportunity to work on many projects and take on multiple leadership roles. I've had stumbles and successes, but every time I've felt like I've consistently grown.

I love the tenure of some of my teammates. Some of us have been here a long time and are committed to the team. I also love how welcoming and helpful everyone is. I think people on my team care about each other.
It's likely specific to my team, but there is an assumption of competence, and therefore improvements and criticism are welcomed. Providing feedback is either feedback on how to improve our systems, or it's about a specific behavior, not about the entirety of the person.
